Our QA Team will look after your product from receipt through to despatch. Routine audits carried out on raw materials and packaging, and during dispensing, mixing, heat processing and packing assure your products meet your specifications. Our inspection programmes include organoleptic assessment plus basic physical and chemical testing including sieving, moisture checks, Brix, viscosity, pH and residual oxygen. We also collect and send samples to your designated site or laboratory on a daily basis. All recipes, packing documents, specifications and instructions are strictly controlled within our QMS.

At March Foods we are constantly striving to improve our quality offering to our customers. The site has attained the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and is Grade AA+ certificated (Copy of certificate available on request) demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high standards. In addition to this independent scheme we are also audited by the major multiples and their partners.
We also hold Organic (Soil Association), Kosher (London Beth Din) and Halal (Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC) and Halal Food Authority (HFA)) certification on site for various products.
